Top 5 early lessons as a father

1. Focus – As soon as I stopped having somewhere else to go or something else to do everything became much easier.

2. Stepping out myself – In a book I read I was thaught to put myself in the role of my baby. If I was fed-up of constantly having to carry my daughter around in order for her not to cry, then imagine her frustration of having to depend on me to show her around in the apartment/world. That really put a perspective to the situation.

3. It’s not a race – Not against others nor against a goal in the future. Just enjoy the ride, always! If ever the term “every age has it’s beauty” was true its most certainly is so for raising a child.

4. Breath – Babies and animals are hugely sensitive to energies. If your kind words don’t match your stressed breaths, they will out you and become just as stressed as you. So learn to calm yourself down by controlling your breathing.

5. Time (especially to fathers) – Don’t underestimate the importance of spending time with your child no matter how young. The foundation is always the core and the way a father balances up the feminine power is so needed when all you know is nothing ❤️
